30-Day Return Period:
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on our CRM service. If, within 30 calendar days from your purchase date, you are not completely satisfied, you may request a refund. This includes the one-time $145 setup and onboarding fee. After the 30-day period, we cannot offer a refund. However, you may still cancel your subscription at any time to stop future charges. We encourage our customers to try the product during the first 30 days to ensure it meets their needs.

If your refund request is approved, your refund will be processed within 14 calendar days and applied to your original payment method.
